A good number of eleven year olds are past 50kg while still well short of 152cm, so the scooter is finished long before the handlebar runs out.
The cheaper model beside it takes 100kg and costs €70 less. For a heavier child it is the one that lasts. Weight limits are the most useful number on a kids scooter and the one nobody puts in the headline.
